To illustrate the need for a compelling and articulated vision, an old Electronic Football game is a great tool. Plugging it in, setting up the players, and turning the thing on delights the audience, especially guys 30-50 years old. Seeing the little players randomly vibrate around is humorous, and a great way to explain to our people that without clear direction, instruction, and vision, we're all just wasting energy.
